Do you have a Peugeot, Citroen or Vauxhall with the 1.2 PSA engine? Are you aware that they have wet belts? These are belts designed to run in oil and over time deteriorate, delaminate and become very fragile. Cracking can form and the oil strainer gets clogged with parts of the belt that is breaking up.
We specialise in wet belts and in the last year have averaged 8-10 a month.
Our service is a full Sump off service, Oil Filter replaced & Oil replaced aswell as strainer cleared off debris. This is the only way of doing this job properly, anything less if half a job.

SERVICE
- Renew the timing belt kit.
- Remove the oil sump and unblock the gauze & strainer.
- Replace the oil and oil filter
- Stamp service book where present.

How long will it take?
We book these jobs in for first thing (around 830am) to be ready by the end of the same day. Our systematic approach means we remove the sump and clean out the strainer first, allowing us to refit and seal it early on so the silicone can cure. We then replace the timing belt kit before renewing the oil filter and re-filling with oil.
Need to get home?
We have courtesy cars available if required. Must be pre-booked. Borrower to cover fuel used and should bring their driving licence with them on the day.
Warranty
12 month / 12k mile warranty (Parts & Labour) covers unforeseen and unpreventable failure of components. Manufacturers servicing schedule must be adhered to and components subject to manufacturers inspection & decision.
